Success and Achievements

Sunbury Lodge

Anne and Ross purchased Sunbury Lodge in 1991, bringing a shared vision to build one of the best private Indoor Equestrian Centres in Australia, and to breed competition horses for young riders, prioritising type and temperament.

Success has bred success at Sunbury Lodge. Highlights of the breeding program include:

• Sunbury Lodge Thomas and Sunbury Lodge Playwright are currently Grand Prix dressage horses

• Sunbury Lodge Black Pearl was sold as a 5-year-old, and had a very successful eventing career in Germany with Carolin Plewa, and is now dam to a number of youngsters in Warendorf, Germany

• Sunbury Lodge Dolly is a well known pony club showjumper

• many much-loved and successful Sunbury Lodge horses are located all around Australia.

Sunbury Lodge has a reputation for quality and commitment, and is widely known and acclaimed for its work. A critical part of Sunbury Lodges's success is its dedication to learn, develop and practice at an international level.
