Situated in picturesque surrounds of Kyneton, central Victoria, Sunbury Lodge Equestrian Centre is renowned worldwide as a dressage training facility, and for hosting clinics with some of the world's best known Grand Prix dressage trainers, assisting students of dressage to reach the next level and achieve success on the international stage.
Sunbury Lodge Equestrian Centre, completed
in 1991, is one of the finest private indoor dressage centers in Australia,
built on 20 acres of prime undulating land with quality pasture.It is one of very few private centers with
a full commercial permit. The 20 x 60 meter arena is bright and
spacious with a buoyant and light riding surface, totally surrounded by tall mirrors
above the kick board on all sides.There is ample spectator seating ringside,
as well as in the upstairs viewing gallery / come lounge / kitchen / dining-room
on the first level. Here there are comfortable chairs, 20 meters of floor to
ceiling windows overlooking the arena, a TV / Video area, a well appointed
kitchen, and an elaborate sound system including a separate PA system with
speakers throughout the school.
